My nickname is Cookie. True story.
And it has nothing to do with being a Cookie Artist!
My last name is the culprit...
but I kind of love the nod to my cookie-creating life.
I've been cookie-ing since 2012 and was originally known for my edible hand-painted creations. Today, I tend to use a variety of mixed techniques with a focus on piped icing.
I firmly believe cookies are never 'too pretty to eat'.
Its a cookie - its meant to be devoured.
I pride myself on providing delicious cookies
that aren't too sweet, have a soft bite, and offer just a hint of cinnamon warmth that you will love.

MY SIGNATURE RECIPE
Everyone deserves to have a good recipe to try at home. This one is my own custom-created version of a traditional sugar cookie. It has a reduced egg content and extra ingredients (such as cornstarch and honey) to assist with a better bite and texture. This recipe lends well to adding additional ingredients such as chocolate chips or nuts for a fun and different rolled cookie option. Below is my base recipe and instructions adapted for ease of use for any home baker.
